Friendship Village in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Part-Time Server to deliver friendly dining service to residents in our Skilled Nursing and Rehab community. The role covers weekend day shifts (6:00am–2:00pm) and emphasizes compassionate care and timely service.

You will collaborate with Culinary and Nursing teams, ensure dietary needs are met, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while providing a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room.
• Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.
• Work closely with the Culinary and Nursing teams to meet resident dining needs.
• Follow food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation procedures.
• Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care.

Available Openings

• Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm on weekends
