Friendship Village in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Full-Time Server to deliver outstanding dining service to residents in our Independent Living community. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering great service, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.

The Evening Shift runs 11:00 AM–7:30 PM with rotating weekends; you will assist with meal selections, serve meals and beverages, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Chesterfield dining room
• Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care
