Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse’s Aide to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a clean, safe environment on-site. You will assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, and mobility while promoting independence and dignity.

Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills are essential. Prior experience with seniors is preferred, and a HS diploma/GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred; may be required per state.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers.
• Strong customer service and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
