Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC in the United States is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide hands-on care in our memory care and assisted living communities. You will support residents with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, home-like environment.

As part of a dedicated team, you’ll monitor resident well-being, report changes to the Health Care Coordinator, and engage residents in life-enrichment activities while upholding dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check on residents during shift and know where they are.
• Observe, report and document changes in resident conditions.
• Respond to call bells promptly.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation.
• Serve meals and assist as needed; report refusals.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents with activities of daily living.
