MorningStar of Santa Fe is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for our senior living community. This full-time role maintains a spotless environment for residents, following infection control and safety practices in private rooms and common areas.

You will perform cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of floors, bathrooms, windows, furnishings, and surfaces. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, HSA, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow instructions.
• Experience in a health care facility preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform housekeeping tasks according to daily work assignments and procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident areas.
• Follow infection control and safety practices.
• Clean furnishings, fixtures, rooms and common areas daily.
• Sanitize bathrooms, clean windows, floors, carpets, and walls.
• Report hazards and ensure proper storage of equipment and supplies.
• Assist with inventory and report maintenance needs.
• Attend departmental meetings and support resident confidentiality.
