Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
• Reading and interpreting safety and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatory fixtures; restocks dispensers as necessary.
• Scrubs bath and shower tiles, woodwork, window frames, and sills.
• Maintains equipment and materials needed for cleaning.
• Collects trash and disposes in designated areas.
• Responsible for community laundry and maintaining the commercial laundry.
• Keeps chemicals stored securely and ensures exits are unobstructed.
• Reports repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
