Aspire Oshkosh Senior Living is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to keep resident areas clean, safe, and welcoming. You will clean living spaces, assist with laundry, and support infection-control efforts while ensuring residents and staff feel comfortable in a homelike environment.

The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and compassionate service to older adults, with a adaptable schedule including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, hotel, healthcare, or related experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Caring and compassionate attitude toward older adults.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow safety and infection-control procedures.

Responsabilités

• Clean resident living areas, bathrooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and vacuum floors; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Handle resident laundry and maintain clean, stocked supplies.
• Promote safety and infection prevention; report hazards.
• Complete required documentation in the POC system.
