Aspire Oshkosh Senior Living is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming resident spaces. You will care for apartments, common areas, and laundry while respecting residents and privacy.

This role emphasizes infection-control, teamwork with caregivers and staff, and flexible scheduling to support community needs. No prior experience required but attention to detail and compassion are key.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or environmental services experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow cleaning, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident living areas, bathrooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and vacuum floors as needed.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, and surfaces.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste.
• Assist with resident laundry and care-related tasks as needed.
• Follow infection-control procedures and safety guidelines.
• Interact with residents in a respectful, compassionate manner.
• Document completed housekeeping services as required.
