Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain clean and safe environments for residents. You will follow schedules, assist with laundry, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs while upholding infection control standards in a care-focused community.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions and make decisions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Must have compassion for, and desire to work with, the elderly and understand their needs.
• Must be able to work full or part time on a regular schedule.

Responsabilités

• Follow cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor; include resident rooms, offices and public areas.
• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas.
• Clean and polish room furnishings, fixtures and ledges in resident rooms and public areas.
• Clean windows and mirrors in resident rooms and public areas.
• Disinfect and deodorize walls and ceilings; maintain hygiene of spaces.
• Clean hallways, stairways and elevators as necessary.
• Empty wastebaskets and manage waste as required.
• Report maintenance concerns to Maintenance Director or Administrator.
• Communicate safety concerns to supervisor and report needed repairs.
• Assist with laundry duties and related tasks as needed.
