TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to join our community Homeplace of Burlington. This role involves performing cleaning duties across assigned areas, maintaining sanitary conditions, and supporting the daily operations of the residence.

The position emphasizes safe handling of cleaning chemicals, teamwork, and compassion for residents. Our team is dedicated to a welcoming, high‑quality living environment with opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance instructions.
• Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.
• Interacts with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.

Responsabilités

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops, and vacuums floors and surfaces; rotates runners in hallways.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes fixtures; stocks dispensers as necessary.
• Cleans bath and shower areas; maintains cleanliness of laundry and facilities.
• Maintains cleaning equipment and materials; ensures chemicals are stored securely.
• Reports repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper; performs other duties as assigned.
