Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Verona, WI is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Resident Care Associates to join our dedicated team. Pay starts at $19–$20 per hour for full-time and part-time positions. Must be available every other weekend and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, or HHA preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience is a plus.
• Strong compassion, dependability, and patience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care and services provided.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and leadership.
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents daily.

A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands-on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.
