Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to support residents in a Greenwood, Indiana community. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and participate in routine tasks that ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Able to read/write simple correspondence and communicate effectively.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks and laundry as assigned.
• Review and participate in 24 Hour Reports and shift change reports.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence, personal choices and comfort.
• Provide verbal encouragement and support to residents.
• Prioritize tasks as needs change and communicate changes to health staff.
• Report changes to the Director of Health & Wellness and other departments as needed.
• Respond promptly to pendant/wearable calls and emergencies.
• Maintain infection control practices and resident privacy.
• Honor residents' rights and property; support transitions from home to community.
