Job summary

Devonshire Care Center in Sterling, CO seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to meet daily personal care needs of residents with dignity and respect, following standards and regulations. You will assist with ADLs, monitor safety, document observations, and respond to emergencies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 6 months experience in a senior living setting preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, bathing and dressing.
• Attend to personal care needs promptly and respect resident preferences.
• Review and follow residents' service plans.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.
• Take vital signs as required and assist with mobility and positioning.
• Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner and ensure safety.
