Job summary

Abiitan Mill City in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring a Resident Assistant (CNA/TMA/RA) to provide personal care and health-related services. You will follow care plans, document services, and support residents with daily living activities. Shift options include 7:00am-3:15pm, 3:00pm-11:15pm, or 11:00pm-7:15am; part-time with weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and delegated health-related services.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily tasks.
• Support residents and communicate with the clinical team.
