Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC in New Jersey seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with ADLs, mobility, grooming, and personal care, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

You will follow ISP, document changes, engage residents in conversations and activities, support dining services, and help create a warm, welcoming memory-care environment for residents with memory loss; CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) required.
• Age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes accurately.
• Engage residents with conversation and activities to foster connections.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents with memory loss.
