Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support seniors in a dedicated living environment. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and document changes to ensure quality care.

You will promote safety and dignity while engaging residents in meaningful conversations and activities, including memory care support as needed. Training is provided to grow in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification is required.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes.
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicating effectively with families and care team members.
• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings.
