Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Follow individualized care plans, document changes, and support dining and environmental cleanliness.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities, and create enriching experiences in Memory Care settings.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members.
