Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of caregiving experience
• Must have a valid drivere2e2e2e2e2's license
• Must be reliable and flexible
• Strong communication with clients and families

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and food safety practices.
• Provide medication reminders and document adherence per HIPAA regulations.
• Operate mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts to ensure safe transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote social engagement.
• Follow care plans and respect residents' routines and cultural preferences.
• Document patient observations, including changes related to dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Support hospice or palliative care needs with compassionate presence when appropriate.
