Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring caregiver to support residents in daily activities and personal care. You will follow ISP guidelines, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence while fostering meaningful interactions with residents and families.

In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, assist with dining, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
