Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caring Caregiver to support residents with daily activities, engage them through conversation, and assist with personal care. You will work under ISP plans, documenting progress and maintaining a safe, dignified environment.

We welcome compassionate individuals with strong communication skills; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, with opportunities for growth and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
