Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, and help create a safe, dignified, and engaging environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and clear communication with families and care teams. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within a supportive senior living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
