Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a Household Caregiver & Medication Aide to support residents in daily living and maintain a clean, safe household environment.

The role combines caregiving with medication assistance, including preparing, administering and documenting treatments, while promoting resident direction and dignity. You will also organize social activities, assist with meals, laundry and housekeeping, and report changes to nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older unless active on Nurse Aide registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required unless Nurse Aide registry active.
• Must complete required medication training.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (grooming, hygiene, dining, mobility, etc.).
• Accurately prepare, administer and document medications and treatments.
• Plan and lead social activities and provide ongoing psychosocial support.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry and household coordination.
• Observe residents, report changes to nursing leadership and document services.
