Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in California is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on care to seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Shifts include 6:30AM-2:45PM, 2:45PM-10:45PM, and 10:30PM-6:45AM; ideal candidates are reliable, empathetic, and thrive in a fast-paced, active environment.

No CNA license required, but CNAs or caregiving experience are welcome. Responsibilities include ADL assistance, promoting socialization, accurate record-keeping, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction top priorities in interactions.
