Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on care for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role includes helping with daily activities, promoting safety and wellbeing, and documenting care provided.

Shifts run 6:30am-2:45pm or 2:30pm-10:45pm with a 4 on/2 off rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. Experience as a caregiver or CNA is not required, but a CNA license or relevant caregiving experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction
