Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated on-call Caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents thrive with compassionate hospitality.

While a CN.A license is not required, CN.As or relevant caregiving experience are welcomed. The role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Comfortable using company devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).
• Willing to learn new software tools.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction top priorities.
