Job summary

Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our resort-style community. You will provide hands-on support and companionship to residents, helping with daily living activities and ensuring they feel safe, valued, and engaged daily.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, team collaboration, and adherence to individual care plans, with opportunities for hands-on training and ongoing professional development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
CNA or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required.
Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with people.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
Assist residents with ADLs according to care plans.
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to support care plan updates.
Encourage participation in community programs and social activities.
Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
