Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) seeks a dedicated Caregiver to join our resort-style community in Lansdowne, VA.

You will provide hands-on support and companionship that enhances residents' daily lives, following care plans and reporting changes to the care team. We offer a supportive, team-oriented culture with hands-on training, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a team and grow within a supportive environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) per care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to updates to care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs and social activities.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
