Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with ADLs according to care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to support care plan updates.
• Encourage participation in community programs and social activities.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, needs, or daily routines to support updates to their care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment for all residents.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
