Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at a resort-style community designed to enrich residents’ lives.

You’ll provide hands-on support and companionship that enhances daily living, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and valued every day. The role emphasizes ADL assistance, participation in community activities, and close collaboration with the care team to deliver dignified, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required.
• Compassion, patience, and a strong desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition, needs, or daily routines to support updates to their care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and dignified living environment for all residents.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
