Job summary

Ivy Park at Huntington Beach, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is looking for Care Providers to assist residents with daily living activities. This role offers full-time and part-time positions and emphasizes a commitment to quality care for seniors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills, a passion for working with the elderly, and the ability to work as part of a team. Training is provided for candidates willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly.
• Communicate observed or suspected resident changes immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions.
