Montage Creek in Montrose, CO is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities and follow care plans under leadership. We emphasize dignity, respect, and teamwork.

We offer paid time off, health benefits for full-time staff, 401k match, on-the-job training, and a supportive, safe work environment. Weekend and holiday availability preferred; multiple shifts including PRN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) with dignity and compassion.
• Follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership.
• Work as part of Generations team to ensure safe, respectful care.
• Contribute to a positive, family-like environment for residents and staff.
