Flatirons FlexCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality personal care in clients' homes in Colorado. As a caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, maintain safety, and promote independence while building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-focused care based on individual needs and preferences.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Prepare meals and light snacks
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and household tasks
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the care team or supervisor
