Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers for part-time (4p to 8p) or full-time (1:30p to 10p) positions at our Springfield, MO location. The role involves hands-on care and providing physical and emotional support to residents in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean resident rooms and work areas, assisting with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Previous senior care experience preferred.
• Good communication with residents and staff.
• Strong customer service and ability to multitask.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Promote independence, dignity, and safety of residents.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
