You will work as part of a collaborative care team, assisting residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Proficient with company-issued electronic devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).

Aufgaben

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and wellbeing.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services; report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
