Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking caring caregivers to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily activities, and collaborate with a compassionate care team to enhance comfort and quality of life.

We welcome experienced CNAs and other care providers, with a focus on reliable attendance and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon post‑offer pre‑employment screenings (background check, drug screening, physical exam, TB testing) as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on care and support to seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote resident safety, well‑being and social engagement.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services; report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and compliance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, hygiene, incontinence) as needed.
• Deliver hospitality and ensure resident satisfaction in every interaction.
