Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities, and help create a warm, welcoming environment that enhances residents’ wellbeing.

Strong teamwork and reliability are essential as you work with a care team to promote safety, dignity, and quality of life for seniors under our care.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Must be able to use company issued electronic devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.

Aufgaben

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction a top priority.
