Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking for compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home. You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and personalized care in clients' homes, following care plans and communicating changes to staff.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours, competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, and a range of benefits. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred, with at least one year of caregiving

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients
• Follow care plans and communicate changes in condition to appropriate staff
