Job summary

Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking caring and dependable caregivers in Philadelphia, PA to bring comfort, companionship, and dignity to clients who need it most. You’ll provide companionship, assist with daily routines, prepare meals, help with light housekeeping, and support mobility.

Requirements: 18+, caregiving experience preferred, strong communication, valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Caregiving or home-care experience preferred (Minimum 2 years).
• A caring, patient, and dependable attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.
• Willingness to complete required training and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist clients with personal care and daily routines
• Prepare meals and help with light household tasks
• Support safe mobility and transportation/errands when applicable
• Encourage independence while providing compassionate support
• Follow the client's care plan and communicate important changes to the office
