Home Matters Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in their own homes in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will provide daily living support, companionship, and basic caregiving tasks, following care plans and communicating changes to staff.

The role offers flexible hours as full-time or part-time, with weekly pay, benefits, and a focus on caregiver well-being and professional growth. Requirements include 21+ and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and eligible to work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment.
• Follow care plans and communicate changes in condition to staff.
