Job summary
Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in their homes. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help clients feel safe and valued in the place they call home.
The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, day/evening/overnight/weekend shifts, and biweekly pay. A positive, patient, and reliable work style is essential, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in caregiving (CNA/HHA/PCA/home-care) preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, reliable and dependable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Assist with errands and transportation as needed.
- Follow care plans and encourage client independence.
- Observe and report changes in clients' condition.
