Servant Home Care is seeking experienced home care aides/caregivers in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas. Positions include part-time, full-time, and PRN options. Caregivers must have reliable transportation, a clean background, and prior caregiving/senior care experience.

Requirements include BLS certification, strong patient-care knowledge, and excellent communication. You will assist with activities of daily living, transport residents, and maintain safety and confidentiality in all

• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to lift and assist patients.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and flexible hours.
• Background checks in accordance with health regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to residents in a home or facility setting.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and grooming.
• Lift and transfer residents using safe body mechanics.
• Maintain a clean, organized living environment for residents.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities as needed.
• Document transportation activities per policy.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance during transit.
