Servant Home Care - Indianapolis, IN is seeking Home Health Aides and experienced caregivers to join our team in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas. We offer part-time, full-time, and PRN opportunities.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, a clean background, and caregiving experience with seniors. Responsibilities include direct care, hygiene assistance, mobility support, transportation to appointments, and maintaining resident safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving experience.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations surrounding patient privacy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Lift and transfer individuals using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Respect and uphold resident rights, privacy and confidentiality.
• Transport residents to appointments, activities or outings as needed.
• Document transportation activities in accordance with facility policies.
