Job summary

Charter Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

You will assist with activities of daily living, support care plans, help with mobility and personal care, observe changes, document services, and collaborate with nursing staff to create meaningful daily experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care and services provided.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership.
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day.
