Senior Helpers Dayton is seeking a compassionate caregiver who enjoys helping others and making a difference in clients' lives. You will be the direct contact for clients, providing personal care, companionship, and support to help clients stay independent at home.

We offer flexible scheduling, professional growth opportunities, and a Great Place to Work culture. Earn up to $16 per hour with premium shifts that pay more during weekdays nights and weekend days/nights.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about helping others.
• You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients.
• You want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s life.
• You have reliable transportation, car insurance, and a Driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Have engaging conversations with clients to build relationships.
• Assist clients with walking, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Prep meals for clients to enjoy.
• Report activities and update on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity and behavior.
