Job summary

Belmont Village Buckhead is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on care for seniors within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role supports residents with daily activities, safety, and dignity in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Ideal candidates bring caregiving experience from assisted living, skilled nursing, or memory care, with strong communication skills in English and a commitment to reliable attendance. CNAs are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction top priorities in interactions.
