Job summary

Wisteria Haus in Wisconsin is seeking a caring Caregiver to join our team. You will provide personal care, assist with bathing and grooming, and help residents with mobility, while promoting safety and well-being on the 6am–3pm shift, including every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• CBRF certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward seniors.
• Ability to lift/move residents safely and follow safety precautions.
• Available for 1st shift (6am–3pm) including every other weekend/holiday.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Administer medication as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety.
• Engage residents in social/recreational activities.
• Monitor health and report changes to staff.
• Maintain records of resident care and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping.
