Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Home Care Caregivers to serve Wautoma and surrounding communities. We offer flexible day, evening, and overnight schedules with both full-time and part-time opportunities, plus paid orientation and ongoing training.

As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, delivering dignity, companionship, and peace of mind to families while advancing in a supportive,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Support mobility and fall prevention
• Care for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
