Job summary

HomeWell Care Services WI323 is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home, delivering non-medical services and building meaningful relationships. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping them age in place with dignity and respect.

The role focuses on companionship, daily living activities, and safe transportation, with opportunities for advancement and training. Join a team that values empathy and reliability in the home care setting.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or at least 6 months of full-time care experience for geriatric or chronically ill clients.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.
• Proof of current TB testing.
• Must be physically able to perform caregiving duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light cooking and general cleaning in the home.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
• Assist with ambulation and reminders for medications.
• Provide safe transportation to appointments and errands when needed.
