Job summary

WISCONSIN COMMUNITY CARE LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support individuals with disabilities and improve their quality of life. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and errands, while providing companionship and monitoring health needs.

The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, CPR/First Aid certified, and experienced with behaviors. Training and development opportunities are available to grow in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver or home health aide preferred.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical.
• Experience with persons with behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
