Job summary

Innovative Integrated Health is seeking an entry-level driver in Stockton, CA to provide safe, reliable transportation for participants to center visits and appointments. The role includes loading participants, maintaining vehicles, and supporting activities programs while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

The driver will follow policies, assist with supplies and medications, and collaborate with staff to coordinate rides, adhering to Health policies and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Knowledge of the local area and routes.
• Knowledge of operating and safety requirements for transportation equipment.
• Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress related to the position.
• Ability to work independently with flexibility and integrity.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with participants and staff.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles safely and follow approved routes.
• Load/unload participants and assist in entering/exiting vehicles.
• Transport participants to appointments and activities as scheduled.
• Deliver supplies and medications to participants.
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness; coordinate maintenance timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant information.
• Coordinate rides with the transportation coordinator or dispatcher.
